KDSS issues with new front suspension and shocks

Guys

I have an issue with KDSS - we had the Prado Kakadu 2014 booked in for new front dobinson springs and koni shocks today. However, after the attempted install there was a 60mm difference in height either side (passenger side 60mm higher). The guys trying the install said they had released the KDSS valves but this is indicating that the release is not working. Any ideas on what is going wrong?

Did they use KDSS specific springs? And if they did, did they put it on to the correct side?

The longer one should be on the driver's side, shorter one on the passenger's side.
