Lots of brands have too much travel & do that.

IMO it's crap, poor engineered products.

            What do you have?

What's the full extension spec on the bilsteins you have?

                It's too much.

The greater the c/v angle the greater your chance of damaging a c/v too.

What's the new suspension height? What accessory weights have you got over the front?

it measures about 60mm after install.
one side looks like it will rub at full extension
front has steel bar, steel winch and dual batterys.

The new strut tops may explain how you are getting some UCA contact with the coil.

                          IS this what happens?

I am trying to figure out a solution for this.

My setup is similar to yours
1X PAIR FRONT KING SPRING COILS: KTFR-101 HD
1X PAIR REAR KING SPRINGS COILS: KTRR-102 HD
1X PAIR FRONT BILSTEIN FRONT STRUTS: BE5-A712
1X PAIR REAR BILSTEIN REAR SHOCKS: BE5-A713

Will need to change the split boots but need a solutions otherwise the boot will split again.

                            What is your ride height??
What is your full droop measurement??

Something isn't right for that to be sitting like that.

That picture is taken when the Prato is on the hoist.

The current front and back ride is 840. It been like that after 3 years installed. Since the it been to the Simpson.

Wondering if the spring have been install upside down? The model no: printed on the spring is reading upside down.
