Hey Samo86. I have the foam cell in our Prado and love em. We have the constant load springs too. They are great and worth the money, even though they are priced really well. Cheers

Hi Whitey,
Unless I miss something one question regarding the front struts you are working on doesn't seem to be asked/answered - open/closed lengths. Both 45710FE and 45750FE are too short to be used in 2" lifted setups regardless of valving. Could you comment on this please? Also, how is the development going? Any indication on when the group buy may start?

Please note that the lengths in the Ironman catalogue do not include the shroud spacer. The real lengths of the 45710FE are 433-565mm. You can safely space this down to 570mm which is what I will do with my own struts.
I can't put a firm date on when the group buy will start, as the strut valving is still being finalised, and I need to field test it.
I can't rush what is a complicated valving process. It has taken much longer than I originally anticipated, but hopefully in the next few weeks everything will be sorted out and the buy can begin!

Rear lengths are correct. Closed is actually a bit more like 380mm for the 45682.

Hey all,
For all those long suffering Ironman fans out there, the valving has finally been sorted, and this pair of big bad boys just arrived;
I'll get them on my Prado this weekend and field test them asap so we can get this group buy rolling!
I will write a review on them with all pertinent information before the group buy starts.

Any recommended shop for installation in Sydney area?
Try Ross at EMP Automotive 7/37 York Rd Penrith, or Jamie at Girraween Exhaust and Mechanical.

Nice article here with a few shock comparison pics. The Bilsteins look like twigs next to the foam cell pros.
