Kings stuff is supposed to be good, but expensive. If I had of known about Whiteys gear before I got my Billys I would have gone with them. There's rave reviews all over this website about them and that many people can't be wrong- They're also probably a fraction of the price of kings shocks and have been specifically designed and tested here for the use in our prados- Not something that "near enough is good enough". If you're serious about contacting him I believe he does have a website floating around (although I don't know what it is). Having the brains and practical know-how to come up with that valving and make it work is something pretty special that not many people would be able to do. I've never met him, but would love to have a chat over some beers some day.

Anyone wanting to contact whitey can pm me their details and I will pass them on. No guarantee he will be available though. He has several projects he is working on.

Whitey does still check into the forum, although I understand is super busy and possibly that is why he doesn't post. He was here as late as a couple days ago..
Aside, I know of a set of the original Whitey Prado re-valved Ironmans that will be available for sale soon.
PM me if anyone is interested in being advised when they become available. They are new in box. never fitted.

Just completed an epic 2000 km circumnavigation using virtually all of the tracks in the Simpson in my 150 on Mark's shocks and Dobinson's springs. Suspension was sensational. No shock fade, no bottoming out, corrugations ironed out. If you missed out then you missed a great opportunity. Thanks Mark. Fantastic.
