Hi,
I am in the process of renewing my Bilstein/Dobinson front strut assemblies after 100k and have also purchased some Blackhawk UCA's to get the camber/caster adjustment cams on the LCA's back in a more central position.
I purchased the UCA's 12 months ago and only just getting around to fitting them. I was expecting a straight swap over but the Blackhawk UCA's are about 10mm wider between the bushes compared to the OEM UCA's.
Just making sure that anyone else who has fitted these to their 150 Prado found this as well, and had to use the included washers. How many washers each side of the strut tower did you have to use, and does the cupped side face the bush or the strut tower?
I thought these washers were only required for the FJ Cruiser according to the instructions I found on the web.
Thanks in advance.
