Hi, my 2010 Prado 150 (4.0 petrol) has standard rear and front suspension. Includes ride height adjustment and shock stiffness adjustment. When overlanding I have found the front end dips too much over bumps. It has been suggested to get heavier duty standard length coil springs in 18mm wire as opposed to the standard 17mm wire. This is in order to retain the existing suspension and front shocks. Has anybody done this type of upgrade and does it sufficiently stiffen the front end? Also does it have any negative effect on normal tar road driving and handling?
