Indication of rim size

Collecting my 2nd hand GX 150 soon.
Is the size indicated somewhere on each rim?
I assume there will be a 6.5J x 17 or similar, inside each rim for example.
It has 265/65 tyres, so if rims are 6.5" they would be illegal in Qld.

Size is stamped inside the rim. If it is fitted with 265s it may already have GXL rims fitted or aftermarket because most tyre places wouldn't fit 265s to such a narrow rim.

Thanks mjrandom - that would be the best scenario, but I want to have enough information to resolve the situation if someone HAS fitted the bigger tyres to smaller rims.
