Cooper ST Maxx 265/70/17 on an un-lifted 2014 - 150 do they fit

I am thinking of upgrading to Cooper ST Maxx 265/70/17. Do they cause any problems on an un-lifted 150 -2014 model?
or should I use 265/65/17's?

They shouldn't cause you any trouble, very common size and the lift makes little or no difference in regards them rubbing.

I ran Bridgestone D697s in that size on mine unlifted for approximately 8,000Km, no issues there

Have the Cooper ST Maxx 265/70/17 on mine with no lift. Not an issue at all even when at full articulation.

No, however I cannot recommend ST Maxx's. Have a serious look at the BFG KO2's.

Hi all, I am from Brazil and new here. My prado is an old one, 2005 (Land Cruiser Prado VX diesel), and I was wondering if this BFG KO2 265/70/17 could hit the wheel cover... there are someone using these tyres in a model like mine?

And yer I have been racking my brain over both.

The old man runs the st maxx in 33's and hasn't had a problem and reckon's there the bees neez
Been up and down the west coast with them (gib, steep point, Karijini) has done about 25000 km and they look near on brand new .
Each to your own at the end of the day I guess but can I ask why you recommend the BFG's over the coopers, would be good to no to compair experience's

My ST Max's are going well after 35,000 km. Not showing wear at the moment. The old ST's lasted about 90,000 with desert , gravel, mud and sandy trips. accounting for about 60% of the k's. The Oodnadatta track seemed to wear them the most, which is when I then changed them. I am very happy with Coopers, but they are expensive.
