2021 Prado VX
Falken Wildpeaks I have now after the fact checked this site and it looks like I might be stuffed, but there is one answer I can't find.
After talking to a mechanic and asking about tyres, he gave me the options and the biggest legal set I could get was the 275's on stock rims. I asked about rubbing, he assured me there would be none, I took his word in this. The price he quoted me was pretty high and I managed to score another set considerably cheaper and went with them (so now no comeback on mechanic).
I now get what I would consider is fairly angry rubbing on full lock on the uca's, but nowhere else.
What I'm trying to find out, can aftermarket uca's fix this problem (or is there another solution) or will it only be new rims with different offset?
Thanks in advance to any who want to get involved in this tragedy that is now unfolding for me.
