putting on a winch

Hi all I'm a newbe here so this may of been asked. I would like to put a winch on my 98 model prado that has a standard toyota allow bullbar, can it be done if so how? Alos has anyone got any tips on making a rear bar as the plastic one has seen better days.

I'm pretty sure only steel bars can take a winch.
I haven't seen any rear bars made except for a few home jobs... I definitely need one as well...
