Starting from scratch on my 90 series diesel

Hi all

I am new to the Prado, owned a Triton for years and built a good camping vehicle out of it and now I planning the same for the Prado.

Looking for any experiance with
- Cargo barriers
- making draws for the back (but keeping the baby bolts)
- installing a air compressor (is there room under the hood?)
- fitting a snorkle, any experiance here on the best brand? I was thinking ironman.
- installing a water tank.

Any help would be appriciated.

Good work on getting a Prado, It will provide you with many years of motoring pleasure.
If your getting a Cargo Barrier, then there is only one choise, Milford Cargo Barriers, reason being, you can get a special mount that goes through the mesh where the baby seat can get mounted to, then you will have no problem with your drawer system, you can either go for a ready made system, or go custom and build it yourself, With your air compressor, you dont have to put it under the hood, there are plenty of other places to put it, with your snorkel, forget about the Ironman ones, only get the Safari or Airtec, and dont get Airtec confused with Airflow. If you want a water tank, there is plenty of room under the vehicle, or you can just go for the bladder style ones, that go accross the floor between the front and middle row seats.
There are plenty of threads here, for everything that you have asked for advise on, so spend some time going through them all and hope to see you out on the tracks one day.

Thanks for the info, I think I have a lot of reading to do here but this is a good start.
