So TJM are not producing a steel bar for the 95 series any longer?

They only sell the T15 Steel winch bar now and that's it for the Prado 95. You can get it in black for $1400 approx fitted or $1900 approx painted another colour.

Okay, so after all the dramas with coordinating insurer, repairer and supplier, my new ARB Deluxe bar has arrived and is being fitted on Tuesday next week. I managed to get a new set of rectangular IPF 900XS in the list of repairs too, so the Lightforce 170's will be in storage shortly, which I'm glad of. I've never had lights that are so unreliable. I got the bar colour coded to the silver flares so hopefully it will look micky mouse. I will put some before and after shots up next week.

          Cheers,

            Before

            After

Very happy with the new bar and lights. Only gripe is the gap between the new ARB bar and the grille/lights/flares. It seems to be larger than it should be. Can anyone measure the gap on theirs so I can check that it's standard? I hope after 6 weeks that Canberra Connect have got round to remaking my lost front number plate too, looks stupid lol.

            Cheers

              Mine's 15mm.
A gap is good IMO, a bit of a buffer zone to protect the panels and lights on impact. Also, the bar wobbles!!

Looking at the pic, the bar does look a bit too low, I only have a 5mm gap between the bar and guard, however mine is the sahara bar, and it has plastic trim bolted to the rear top lip of the bar, so it makes the gap smaller.
