Been flat out lately working on my 90 getting a bit more prepared after nearly rolling last time out thought its time to get a bit more serious in the mod department

Got myself a Winch Bar, winch, led light bars and a snorkel here are the fruits of my labor

Striped off the battered bumper and got to work with the help of a mate (pictured)

As you can see the winch bar came with alot of HT bolts and nuts

Bar and winch installed also 2400 Lu light bar spots

Wiring the bar was a fun job didnt like the standard lights that came with the bar so swapped them out for led and 10w indicator bulbs

Took me two weekends to do all the work very happy camper my 90 looks Tuff now next are some muddies and im done

Oh and i still have to wire the fog light which are far to bright to be fog lights they have 100w bulbs in them

Anyways i saved a bucket load doing all the work myself and had a great time hanging with the boys doing manly stuff in the shed dropping a few brews and generally having a good ole chinwag, actually have had a few people from the general public approach me about where to buy the bar already, looks alot better than the pAyRB bar not to mention not as pricy! sorry if i offend any fanboys with that comment lol

Thats a great looking 90 aza. Can you tell us what brand bits and pieces you installed and what you paid for them? I wouldn't leave that shackle on the front, someone will pinch it for sure!!!

The bar looks good however, where the lower cross bar sits in front of the headlights does it block some of the already poor low beam output?
Other than that is looks a nice install, is this the package deal off Ebay?

Also good to see another 90 owner on the forum.

Yes i did score it all off fleabay from powerful 4x4
Premium bar
9000lb Tmax winch
Sv snorkel
And quantuim led spots
I got it at a steal $1380 we did buy two though one for my mates 90 aswell.
Everything was well packaged and free freight to brissy
There customer service needs alot of work though but we wont go into that.

At that price im not complaining i was very suprised at the quality of the bar the even used 5mm plate for the winch cradel
The welds were all top notch the powder coating was good no horror stories with bubble wrap imprinted on the bar.
The only thing that was average was the wiring. So i rewired the entire bar to my standards.
The winch is a grunter a wee bit on the slow side but i already know it can pull a substancial tree out of the ground.... Well two actually.
The led spots will be fantastic for night runs as the have a decent flood not so much for distance im only getting around 200m by about 8-10m wide so will find some hid spots soon
The snorkel..... Meh it was free so i put it on quality didnt seem to bad and its an exact fit to a safari as well so if a get 3 or 4 yrs im happy again im fussy so everything is sealed to how i wanted it using quality automotive sika flex

As for the 80 series style bar across the low part of the head light no affect at all i cant see any shadowing of the bar so i assume that its not blocking any light that matters one thing i will add though is they used 60mm bar for the main hoop which seems overkill ..and have curved it inwards on the ends where it meets the bar adds a bit of flair to it . All up the bar and winch came in at 97kg
