If I could actually get mine installed I'd tell you :-) They appear to be solidly built but the control box is huge (big ass solenoid inside it), the bracket supplied is only good for mounting the box on top of a bullbar (can't do that with a 150 Kakadu). The other problem I've run into is the supplied mounting bolts for the winch are too long and will need trimming. On my TJM bar they hit the base of the winch before they can be done up. I realise you have a 90 but the mounting issues may well be the same.
Fitted mine a year or 2 ago now, all went well with the install. Used it anger a few times and it does everything it should. The remote control is particulary handy, I haven't actually used the wired controller but still carry that as a back up.
I have had it through a couple of water crossings where it could have got wet and no issues from that. If I was going back to the Cape where I would be doing long deep water crossings I would probably look at improving the sealing just to be sure.
Cheers Andrew

Similar to above I have had mine for about 12 months used it in anger a few times including to winch both myself and a patrol up a large sand dune and it performed well.
A little difficult to free spool the rope out so I just use the motor, other that that no real issues.
No real problems with mine . Had to spin the gearbox through 90 degrees and greased and sealed it at the time . I extended the cables and mounted the control box on top of the inner guard under the bonnet . It's been under water numerous times . If I doesn't free spool when brand new use it a couple of times and it will free up .

I've been in touch with another Tigerz11 Grande winch owner here on PradoPoint who also has a TJM bar, he had the same issue I had with the bolts being too long. I'm told they were getting some complaints of bolts being too short so started supplying longer bolts, maybe mine are from a newer batch.
I've also seen some reports of the control box either leaking or having condensation issues that cause the solenoid to corrode but I'm not sure if that was with the current design box or not. To be fair to Tigerz11 that is a problem with a number of control boxes from different brands. I haven't pulled mine apart but it looks fairly well sealed, it's definitely better than the one on the Hercules models.
The bracket supporting the control box is a bit weak - won't stand up to much vibration with the heavy control box. Mine broke before reaching Arkaroola on the way to the 2012 GTG. The workshop at Arkaroola made me a new bracket out of steel angle - very solid now.
Otherwise no issues yet and very easy to fit on an ARB steel bar.

I have a Tigerz11 12000lb 2speed winch and I use it on a semiregular basis. I have never had a problem with it except for when it was first installed by toyota and they wired it up incorrectly at the solenoid and the pinched cable that fried out. And that I have the rope spooling over the drum instead of under it to reduce the constant angle the rope was at going through the hawse. I most recently used it to winch my mates landcruiser the last couple of meters up a sand dune (It was really boggy) and it took a while to get him onto the hard sand, but I never had a problem with the battery draining or the winch motor getting hot. I have done a few full length pulls and not a problem.
