Good Day Mates
After searching the on-line shops and flea-bay for one, I decided to make one myself cause the ones I saw was either to expensive or didn’t look very sturdy.
At work they were ripping out some old conduit pipe, 25mm, and I thought that it will be just the job for the frame of the guard.
So, after making a template out of card board, I measure the overall length and cut a piece of conduit to size. Work out where the bents suppose to be and bent it with the conduit bender, remove and check shape to template and adjust where necessary.
I then cut a length to go across the width of the rear seats.(There is 2 square cut out on either side of the side panels in the back behind the rear seat just below the window and that I use to rest the guard on.)

I found an old gate with 150x75mm square mesh which is 6mm thick and cut it to fit inside the guard frame. Weld every thing up and test fit it. It came out very nice.
I position the guard so it’s vertical and measure the distance from guard frame to rear grab handles in the boot. Cut aluminium flat bar 25x5mm to length and drill holes to secure it behind grab handle and on the other end drill and tap a hole to fit a bolt to clamp load guard in place.

I then cut and bent 2 pieces of plate to form brackets which are weld on to load guard frame which are then slide onto the bolt on the end of the Ali bar and secure in place with a lock-nut. Finish it of with a quick spray paint of hammerite.
It is very easy to fit/remove, only 2 nuts to undo and out it come.
