Rear door trim removal?

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to remove the lock/handle from the rear door so I can remove the trim?

Every screw removed, pull handle removed, all clips sprung, screw from lock handle removed.

The lock handle seems to firmly attached to something internally and does not move at all.

Any clues?

Figured it out.
The handle has to slide to the left by some 7mm to free it from the door frame.

I've had just about everything out of it over the last few months so as to see whats lurking behind. Got rid of several tonnes of dust, poor little rear aircon was full of it, should have seen the dust cloud when I stuck the air compressor up the vents...
