Been pleased with mine so far. They are 6mm aluminium

I'm afraid it's a bit Northern Hemisphere. The company is ASFIR. They are based in Europe. I'm sure they'd ship Worldwide, but last time I suggested that I was nearly shot by your Countrymen for suggesting that the World wasn't flat and that Oz wasn't at the centre
They are not cheap. I think that they are pretty much overpriced, but here in the UK, we simply don't have the market for 90 series bits that you have. We have to take what we can get. They were about £500 for the set. Probably more now that the Euro (local currency here) has gone up in value.

That ASFIR one looks a lot like the style Rallyspeed used to make, I had one on my old 4Runner was 3mm alloy ran from the bullbar to the transfer crossmember, got no pics of it though Not sure if they're still in business either, their website (www.rallyspeed.com.au) has been "under construction" for at least two years *shrugs*
$350 pickup isn't too bad, considering the damage it could save.
Plan is to paint it fire engine red too, thinking of getting the sticker on it "If you can read this roll me back over" too =P (except I'm not sure how long it'd take for the sticker to get scrubbed off!)
I rang MacQuarie 4x4 the other day. They currently only make one for the 120, but they said they have had a few calls lately about one for a 90 and were going to draw one up and have it made within the next few weeks. They have a guinea pig vehicle to measure it up on. I asked them if it will have a hole for draining sump oil and they said they would incorporate one.
I reckon if a few more people from this forum are interested, I could make enquiries about a bulk purchase. PM me if you are interested.
Be aware that at this stage the guy quoted me around the $350 mark for one.

The other issue with the BD one is the rear bolts are exposed to wear... if they take enough of a beating could make it interesting to get them off if the bolts get rounded off.
Cheers, Leon There's no such thing as a wrong turn... it's just the scenic route!

Yeh I've had mine for a while now, has already proven it's worth (think it was $350). What Snaga said is true though, the rear bolts are a little exposed but hiding them would mean losing a tiny bit of clearance. Guess if you were handy with a welder you could weld a ring around it so that gets hit as opposed to the bolt?

That was the most likely solution we came up with as well.
