Clutch feel?

Just wanting to know if any one else has a bit of funny feel when you go from 1st to 2nd? it sort of feels like if you are dropping the clutch.
Two guys that i work with have petrol prados (mine is TD) and theres both do it. Is there any fix for this??

Funny feel

This is normal for 1st to 2nd gear change, just more on 4+4s. Your clutch and preasure plate are gripping ,would you rather they sliped,I think not.What are you doing ? Let it out slower when in low gears ,its not a drag race. Hope this helps. :shock:

Does it happen only when cold or all the time?? sometimes driving a toyota constant 4wd manual can be an artform (ie rough gearchanges for learners ) No offence meant
