Diff-Locker damage

Hi, first post and my rear locker not not engaging. Had a quick look and its clearly damaged.

Am i right the the locker is electrical and what i am seeing is the motor?

If this is the case can the motor be replaced and fix my problem or is this clearly something much bigger?
