  • Eaton locker numbers?

    Hi all,

New here and just jumped into a 95 Series Prado, a 99 V6 with A01A Axle code and 200,000k on the clock.
The stock springs and shocks are shot but I have my lift kit and will be installing it this weekend so everythings fine in that department, (IM foam cell pro constant load if anyone was wondering)

    so

after doing extensive reading here and on LCC.net it's quite likley that my LSD will either be very warn and of little use or just FUBAR'd so I'd like to put a locker in or a replacement LSD.
I'm looking towards eaton and just wanted to confirm either the model number or what the rear diff is.

From everything I have come to the conclusion that it's a 8" 30 Spline Diff with a 1.3" axle diameter, which takes eaton detroit locker number 187SL61B

Would be great if someone can confirm this for me
This is also a great forum and looks like my new 4x4 home.

The Eaton rear locker I got fitted to my 120 rear was a 99-ELKR9334-00 according to my receipt.
