Transmission cooler hoses. Which is inlet & outlet to radiator

Ned confirmation of what hose is the inlet & outlet hoses to the cooler?
As i have a trans temp gauge fitted, i need to confirm what hose is what to fit the sensor to.
Assume fit to the hose from the transmission to the cooler inside the radiator to get a reading of the actual temperature of the oil coming out of the transmission would be best, rather than the cold side entering the transmission.
Is the passenger side the oil cooler inlet, or the drivers side?

Easy to find out when it is cold, start car and place transmission in D for about 30 seconds with brakes on. Shutdown and Feel the hoses, the outlet from the transmission will be warming up and the other still cold
