Changing front driveshaft seal on transfer case

Woke up to morning with a nice pool of transfer case oil on my carport floor.
Looks like the front driveshaft seal on the transfer case.
Are these easy to change. Done in situ without removing the transfer case, just the driveshaft. How is the flange held on?
