KZJ95/VZJ95 Auto trans A343F compatibility?

Hey guys,

Just got a 1998 KZJ95 1KZ and looks like the trans is on the way out. I am looking for a A343 trans and was just wondering if the V6 transmission is interchangeable?

Will it just be a bell housing swap or will the transfer case need to be changed as well?
