hi i was going to put a lokka in the rear of my prado but when i ask about it to a diff mob they send back to me this what do you guys think or are there any one that has one in the rear of there if so do you tow as i have talk to one diif work shop and they say it will be ok and one say this that i have post so you can see it let me now what you think please as i can get a lokka for $550 AND AIR LOCKER WILL BE $1500 OK GUYS NEED SOME HELP

We do not recommend fitting a Locker to a vehicle that tows as the weight of the trailer may cause excessive noise & understeer when cornering.
The Truetrac (whilst not a locking diff) is very effective & durable & is much smoother in operation.
If the customer wants to tow & do some 'hard core' off roading then we suggest he consider fitting a manual air locker to the rear.
Fitting a Truetrac to both front & rear would be a v.good option, giving good traction with good driveability
