  • Fitting Rallye 4000 to a new ARB bull bar

I have just installed a new ARB bull bar and have just found out that the Rallye 4000's I had on the Alloy bar wont fit in the holes supplied as the light housing hits the grill. The Warn Winch solenoid was fitted inside the bar and this stops me drilling new holes. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone have any suggestions?

I may have to just cut the grill to fit them in.

    Cheers,

I had this issue on the surf, with the supplied holes in the wrong spot. I didn't have the winch solenoid issue though, I just drilled new holes a bit further forward.

We have had a 2nd look this morning and with a bit of stuffing around we have been able to move some of the wiring and the box over slightly and drill holes closer to the center of the bar. The lights fit OK with about a finger width of space between the lights and the grill. Thanks for the reply Timmay5.7.

Ill post some photos when I get a chance.

      Cheers,
