Spot light install

Hello everyone. Been installing some spot light today and have hit a snag... trying to wire the lights through the high beam switch to keep it all legal, but problem is im bugged if i can find where to wire into, or any info on where it is. Appreciate any help from anyone who has done this before. Thanks.

I took the high beam feed on mine off the wire that goes into the rear of the headlamp bulb. From memory it was the top one of the three but check with a meter to find the right one.

Have read an earlier question about this and see they wired into the headlight wiring. Thought there may be an under dash alternative, but might just tap into the headlight wiring too.

I did what stu did. Just tapped into the high beam wire from the headlamp - yes it is the top terminal/wire.

You can do it under the dash you would need to find the wire feed into the righthand stork that allows you to select high beam it's not that hard to do with a test light. I would agree with the other posts thought, mine is hooked into the top wire behind the head lights.

Yeah thanks guys. Ended up wiring into the high beam wire near the headlight. All up and running now. Cheers
