  • Fuel Tank Switch Solenoids

Does anyone know if bypassing the fuel solenoids switches will do any harm, both solenoids are not working and sub tank will not drain or feed direct anymore. Thinking about just connecting lines direct and bypassing all together

look into it further mate, could be something else, check all your fuses first

Not sure how you would go with them equalizing between the two ?? one sitting lower then the other (rear tank) parking on hills etc, would be hard (I think) to determine how much fuel you had left in each tank. Maybe first do as posted above, check fuses, etc, I know i have read where people have had issues with the solenoids changing over, maybe drop the plastic gurad from under neath the change over solenoid and just check it out, make sure your getting power etc (unless your done it already ) hence your question.... cheers Steve
