Toyota Voice Navigation System 56040

I recently bought a 2002 Prado (Model: 1KDJ-95W) Japanese import.

It has a very classy double din in-car navigation and entertainment system (Toyota Voice Navigation System 56040) unfortunately most of it is in Japanese.

Does anyone know if it has a setting function to change the language to English?

Failing that does anyone know of a suitable replacement system that will fit the wiring harness and has the same functionality (i.e. DVD, GPS, LCD type screen) but in English.

This is the Russian manual but it has English translation for the Japanese texts.
