Efi relay ticking.

Hi guys, I have a 2000 rv6. I have noticed that my efi relay fuse has started making a ticking sound when the car is off. As soon as I put the key in the ignition the ticking stops. The car seems to be running fine otherwise. The ticking is draining my battery tho. I have removed the relay and cleaned the points, but to no avail.
Any thoughts?
