Alternator swap

How long does it take to swap the alternator on a 1KZ-TE? And has anyone heard of a 100A upgraded Denso unit for this engine?

its a bit of a sh!t job, took me about an 1 hour, also upgrading amps on an alternator wont make it charge faster, the ecu is set to charge at certain rate

It took 2 hours in the end because I had to go in/out from the bottom, and couldn't see or access the top bolt easily. Getting the new one back in is tricky as well because it is a very tight fit into the top mount - I used a lever bar to get it in. All working perfectly again now.
