Room for double DIN radio???

Hi all.
Just wondering before i start taking the stereo out if anyone knows
if a double DIN media system will fit in the space where my current cd player and CD disc storage is??
Its a 97 GXL.
Im hoping to get one of those Polaris units in.
If not ill get a single DIN one , but would have preffered the double.

Welcome to Pradopoint mate. Good to see another 90 Series bloke out there. Don't forget to update your profile with your location so we know where you are.

A double DIN will fit in the dash of your Prado. We also have a 1996 Grande and this came standard with a Double DIN system from Mr Toyota.
