Battery size for 95 series V6

I need to get a new battery for my V6 but a little confused on the battery size as it appears that the minimum size is a 55D whatever but Century website recommends a NS70 size. I think the NS70 battery is a little too big for the tray but I don't think that matters all that much. My Prado is a stock GXL and I haven't got any additional accessories in it. So which one do you guys think I ought to get. I'm leaning to the 70 size as it will provide more cranking power.

Also what's the Exide Extreme like in respect to its maintenance free? I'm more used to the old fashioned way of topping up.

The NS70 was the one recommended to me by Battery World and J & J Batteries at Wynnum.

Have decided to go with the 55 size as Exide recommends it on their website. Found a seller who sells the Exide Extra for $112 and as it has 550 cca & 105mins in reserve it will suit me. Just missed Kmart 25% sale but this is $15 cheaper anyway. Also, the arrangements are such that I'll get a fresh battery as no idea how long the Kmart ones have been sitting there.
