Sourceing some 8mm cable

Will be fitting a dual/triple batter\y system (two in the car one in the CT) and am looking for some 8mm cable, going to the accessory shops they want a second mortgage as i want about 10 metres of it, I live in Sydney Castle Hill, does any body know of a supplier?

Try`ABR`Sidewinder, they've just supplied all my cable for my dual battery system. They mail to you within a day or so.

Jaycar sell 8GA wire, which is 8B&S and about 7.5mm2 cable. Any good auto electrician will have this on hand also.. Its best to call them first for a quote as pricing can vary. If you get stuck and car battery and electrical installer should have plenty of it.

Used ABR to supply cable for my Rear Anderson plug install.
Ordered the twin 7mm Dia. core sheathed with blue electric brake control wire.
Got 9m, this was enough to run from left hand engine bay circuit breaker down into chassis rail to rear of vehicle.
This cable suits the Anderson Plug's #6 terminals.
Had enough cable to connect to A frame mounted Camper trailer Battery.
I was very pleased with ABR's service and the cable itself is good quality, and well insulated.

What mix of batteries will you run and how do you plan to connect them?

Dont know if you have Atkins Carlyle / Blackwoods or Coventry's over ther but if you do give them a call sound really confident on the phone make up some trading name eg Prado Auto Electrics ..tell them you just started a business interested in openning an account after the business gets established but in the interim you will pay cash for everything .. And I am sure they will give you good prices and will not ask for an ABN . I am on the receiving end of people trying it on me over here and I know they're full of it but look after them any way .
