Reaching the power steering adjustment bolt

I’m in the process of removing the power steering pump drive belt from my 5VZ-FE 90 series prado.

Im having issues reaching the power steering pump adjustment bolt that sits down behind the pump. Any tips on reaching it?

Not sure if on that one, but a lot have a hole in the pulley to come from the front to get to some of these bolts.
