Hey guys, first post here…
trying to problem solve an issue i’ve put up with for a few months now.
When I press the foot brake I get:
- double blinking indicator (blinks normally when my foot is off the brake).
- both headlights get a little bit of power and go slightly orange/lit. (These light up normally when on).
I’ve pulled the main rear lights both off and unplugged them completely to see if any of their bulbs were faulty or blown but the problem remained.
My bottom, lower set of rear lights are aftermarket LED ones so no bulbs but I wonder if they’re shorting - these light up and function normally to the naked eye as well.
otherwise it must be a ground/earth wire issue but I don’t even know where to look to check on this.
Would appreciate any ideas on my next place to look/disconnect so I can diagnose.
