Hi all,
just thought that i would share a fix.
like probably a lot of the 90 series out there, my vehicle suffered from faded body mounted tail lights, to the degree that the colour had almost washed out of them totally and at night they looked like reverse lights. but with a tight budget especially at christmas time, i didnt have the available funds for new lights and second hand ones were harder to find than hen's teeth.
so instead, i invested $15.00 in a set of red 2 level brightness led globes from Bright Auto Parts in Melbourne. i now have nice bright red rear lights again. the guys at Bright Auto Parts, Paul, were absolutely great to deal with. we did have some initial confusion with banonet type bases vs wedge type bases but this was sorted over a couple of emails. i would recommended them as an alternative to new lights and the led long life feature is always a bonus
regards Tony
