Fog lights upgrade for 90 series

I was wondering if anyone has done an upgrade on the fog lights that run an HB4 globe rated at 55watts.

I just like that area in front of the vehicle lit up a bit more on dirt roads at night...

Not possable to do that mod, even if you could the reflector and lens would be wrong. You are much better off to upgrade your wiring of the head lights an fit a decent set of spotties.

Easiest thing to do is fit a set of Plus 50 HB4's. Obviously the fog lights are still fog lights but it does light up the area immediately in front better especially if you adjust the lights at the same time, range stays about the same but with better "fill".
I have mine set slightly "out" to improve visibility to the sides which works well on dirt roads & tracks even when I have high beam on as the fogs continue to give close fill which the high beam and driving lights tend to over shoot.

Plus of course they work better in fog and mist (not that we get that much fog here in Brisbane) when I'm up the range

Well leethal....i went out to buy the Plus 50, HB4's and then we found out that they now have a Plus 80 HB4. They finally arrived today and I fitted them tonight.....another task out of the way......

I got a set of 4500k 100watt HB$ globes off ebay & im stoked with them.
