HELP, All my dash warning lights just came on, engine running normal

No fuses blown that I can see, any suggestions?
Vehicle is a 2001 TD manual no engine mods at all

Just run the multimeter when engine was going getting 11.94v so diagnosed as a stuffed alternator after checking with a mates auto elleccy son. motor not on same charge, just hope I have enuff charge to get to the sparky tomorrow morning

Yep Stuffed Alternator Gone through 3 myself
