Inter cooler

I have a high pitch squeal coming from my engine at high revs. Have changed gaskets on turbo bit it's still there, starting to thing the inter cooler might have a split in it, any thoughts from a any one would help.

Have you checked the hose going from cooler to throttle body?
They're getting on plus the factory spring clamps aren't the best.
I replaced mine with worm drive hose clamps to fix leaks.
Are you sure it's an air leak squeal? Don't need many revs for these old things to make full boost (around 10psi) if she's got some load on her.
Have you discounted tensioner pulley or aircon tensioner bearings etc?
