hard to start + rough idle on start up

i all i have a 3.4 v6 in my prado and lately it has been hard to start, Sometimes it could take 5-10 seconds to start as apposed to the usual 2-3 seconds and when it gets going it has a really rough idle. once running it runs like it should. The car has 230 000kms. Any thoughts??
