Trying to identify mystery part Prado 90 Series 5VZ-FE

Hi Guys,

This is my first post. I have a Prado 90 series with the 5VZ-FE. Currently doing a rebuild of the heads. Yesterday underneath the vehicle I found this little guy! I have had a look in the factory service manual and I cannot see where it might have come from. I have a suspicion it might have been something out of the fuel rail or perhaps an insert in one of the wiring harnesses? Anybody got any clues as to what it is ? It is next to a 5 cent piece for scale.

Identified what it is. These are the little metal bushings that sit inside the harness strain relief/fixing lugs. Harness is old. Some of those have cracked open. Will be double checking to make sure none of them have made a journey to inside the motor
