1999 Prado GXL V6 Auto throttle Issues

Hey Guys,
I'm new to the forum,
I bought a 1999 Prado GXL V6 and I have an engine light coming on and off.
I took it to the mechanics and they advised me that the throttle body is gone and I need to get a new one.
The problem is the mechanic and I have been looking everywhere to find a throttle body.

Any suggestions or places in Sydney to go to?

Apart from stalling and even idling too low or going sluggish at times the car itself is great, I am loving it.

Any tips guys please let me know.
