3.4 V6 Maintenance scedual

Hi all.
I cant find the service book for my Prado. (Not happy)

Can someone please let me know how often the spark plugs have to be changed (I dont think there platinum) and also ay what Kms the timing belt has to be done. (I think its every 100,000kms but just wanna check)

According to the Gregory's book... spark plugs every 40,000 km's (type - NGK, Nippondenso... are they brands :?)
Timing belt at 150,000 km's

I remember someone mentioned the timing belt interval changed at some point from 100,000 to 150,000km's...
