Fuel Consumption with/with out Roof Rack

Hi guys, curious to know what sort of economy you are getting with roof racks installed. My petrol/gas Prado was getting @ 350km on gas (67 ltr tank).Since having the roof rack installed, it's dropped to @ 300km (-15%) empty. I didn't think it would make that much difference. We installed 3 Rola sports bars with the large Rola Vortex luggage tray (1957 x 1228)

yep thats what happens, ive got a rhino rack cage on mine and it drops around 150km when its on. cheers samo

That's my experience also. Mine stays off unless it is required.
