Hi guys i have removed the lpg system from my prado and re installed the petrol system. The work was very easy thanks to the installers making sure their work was reversable. But the issue i have is when running main tank it drains slowly into the sub tank. Taking around an hour to drain from 1/4 to full. In the lpg install process what could they have done that would cause this? Or is this an issue with something else? I would love some input. Thanks peoples.

Lpg removal fuel issue 5VZ-FE

The standard fuel system diverts a small amount of fuel back to the sub tank when running on the main tank to ensure the sub tank pump is covered and used occasionally.
The solenoid/valve which diverts fuel supply and return is located in front of the sub tank. With a gas system there was not need to switch the return flow and all return flow would have been to the remaining tank, now you have refitted the petrol tanks have you fitted the solenoid/valve assembly?
If not then that will be your issue.
