Engine overheating while idle

Hi guys. My 90’s series overheats while idling but the temp is normal while I’m driving. It has a brand new radiator. Any ideas?

Josh,

Sounds like your vicous hub on your fan is not working. When your driving there is air flow over your radiator but when stationary the fan is not drawing air through the radiator
