  • Adjusting fuel flap cable?

Having a bit of trouble with my fuel flap opening. Will only open if I pull the release lever as normal, but then need to grab the actual cable behind with pliers and give it a little bit of an extra pull to actually open the flap.
So I'm guessing it works similar to a handbrake cable, so saying that, does anyone know if (and where) you can adjust the tension of the cable?

have you tried spacing the bracket holding the outer sheath further back so the latch pulls the inner cable further out. i thought i had snapped the cable the other day but found the bracket holding the cable had moved and allowed the cable to come loose. i put the outer sheath back into the bracket and bent it back further so the latch tugged the cable without really wrenching on it. hope that makes sense?
