Either buy a roof console $$$$, or make one. The other option is to replace your factory radio with a standard size aftermarket one and fill in the hole with your UHF.

Yep I got my UHF, where Yotas got his 27Mhz. The only issue is you have to twist around a bit to see the display, but its really not much of a problem unless your trying to scan channels & trying to work out what channel the activity is on. On the freeway on ch40 or when offroad on a fixed channel its fine.

The speaker is loud enough to be heard even though it is a Uniden with the speaker in the bottom, but it looks like yours has the speaker in the front! Bonus!

        Cheers

I've got the slim line one... the TX3200 and it fits nicely under the ash try.

I have extension speakers for both radios, evan though the i-com UHF has a front speaker, a good extension speaker is alot clearer than the fitted ones, witch means I can actually have it quieter and still understand what is said. The two speakers are under the vinal gear stick cover.
