Roo Systems Rock Sliders $516 - anyone using these?

I'm after feedback for the Roo Systems rock sliders -

Nice and affordable at $516 but how do they rate?

I'm also very interested but haven't been able to find any info at all on them... they are 'on sale' again at $495 supposedly only until 8th November... I don't trust these guys for a second - am erring towards spending $1200 on a pair of Xrox sliders rather than the Roo Systems ones.

Rather emotional there?
$700 extra requires justification. I've seen the bars on Patrol and they appear well made and good value.
Unfortunately the ones in stock for the 95 look to have been made wrong and the mounting brackets look to be 90degrees rotated.
Roo have absolutely no idea how they mount and for the last three weeks have not been able to get instructions from the factory.

If they get the mountings right, I'll be buying a set.
