Anyone installed angel eyes headlights?

Angel eyes headlights for 90 series, they look great really. have never seen them on any prado yet. Im so close on buying them i know they gonna look so cool on my prado but i wanna know if its really worth it. Ive seen other cars angel eyes fade in short time, get broken or messed up.

Anyone knows or has heard anything about these?

In Aus, or right hand drive countries, the headlights are designed to have the beam kick up on the left hand side. I assume that on left hand drive vehicles, the opposite happens. So buyer beware.

I change mind after the old was headlamp look too old.
By only change the headlamp it make big different.
The Ori headlamp is very tick glass, while this one is plastic.
But for me the look is importance as well for 15years old car.

More like oncoming drivers should be aware!
Those lights do not seem to be ADR approved? You will probably be pulled over and should be defected. If this happens after dark, the police will probably insist the car is left where it is and not driven.

A friend had these
Looked great but light output was shockingly bad compared to originals

We thought they might be copies because of this

What are your comments on light output?
Here in Kenya we have no Street lights so need good lights

These are not copies, they're just chinese lights made with looks in mind, not performance.

I've seen them here in Venezuela a couple of times, I think they look hideous and the light output on them is really weak, even with HID's (asked a guy who had them If if could give them a quick glance)

Also, the plastic fades and cracks over time, on the LED and smoke tail lights, it even turns yellowish. They're really bad quality..

If you're just into looks and dont care for anything else, go for it. If you need improved lighting or a quality headlight, stay away.

I've had them on my rig for nearly 2 years now and have not been pulled over.

I had one of the original lights replaced because it was damaged and after a few years you could see one was clearer than the other.

Replaced them both with the halo type ones but with the black background.

I think they look great. Still thinking of changing the globes from the stock ones that they came with, but have not really needed to as yet.

I just finished my Angel Eye Headlight install yesterday. (120 Prado)I replaced my genuine because the previous (original owner) decided that when he polished the prado why not polish the headlights also! :-(
Lighting was so poor on low beam I was better off taping a couple of dolphin torches to my bulbar.

Anyway the Angel eye lights look and perform AMAZING!! The ones I purchased are for Australian vehicles. The kick up for roadside visibility is on the left side. The black appearance looks cool with my silver and black prado.

Best $550 I have spent for a while.
